Each year, over 700 people attend the Wisconsin Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Conference. This includes:
Booth Rental Costs
Each booth space is $480. This cost includes 8’ D x 10’ W Draped Booth Space with skirted table, 2 chairs & company sign. (110v Electricity available for additional fee. Indicate on Registration Form.)
Two (2) exhibitor registrations, including conference sessions for the full conference.
Booths are allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.

Table Top Literature
If you cannot attend the Conference, tabletop literature displays are $120.

Standard hotel rooms (double queen) are a flat $114 per night (up to 4 people) that includes waterpark passes. Bring the family and make it a winter vacation! (Must reserve with Wisconsin Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Conference by December 20, 2019 to receive this rate.)

Trade Show Area Reception
Monday evening, 4:15 to 6:00pm in Trade Show area. Refreshments, snacks and cash bar. Exhibitors can sponsor the reception refreshments for $100 and we'll put signage up with you name on it.
The Conference offers meal options* for Monday Breakfast and Lunch and Tuesday Breakfast.
You may also choose to attend the Wisconsin Grape Growers Corks & Cuisine Wine Dinner, Sunday night at 6PM. You must sign up in advance as we must give accurate counts to the hotel.The Kalahari Resort also offers a number of fine restaurants. Wisconsin Dells also has many restaurants nearby.
