About Me

James Baerwolf, Sassy Cow Creamery is a farmstead milk
bottling business that opened its doors in 2008 on the
Baerwolf family farm located seven miles north of Sun
Prairie. Experience the family dairy farm by seeing firsthand
how cows produce milk that is made into award winning ice
cream and bottled milk fresh from our dairy. See the
products being made through the large viewing windows
located between the store and processing area. Head to the
Farm Store to purchase a freshly made ice cream cone, dish,
sundae, milk shake or malt during your visit while relaxing
at the park shelter or tractor playground.
