Jennifer Dean is the Events & Community Relations Coordinator for Lakewinds Food Co-op, a cooperative grocery store with 3 locations in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities. They serve as the main coordinating person for the Eat Local Co-op Farm Tour. Jennifer’s background and interest in local farming, environmental and food justice, the local food system, community empowerment, and the arts shape their work at the co-op.
