About Me
Kathy Fredrickson is the Director of the Digital Marketing Clinic and faculty member at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Over her tenure she has taught digital marketing, analytics, audience measurement, advertising and the National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC). Her NSAC teams won the District 8 twice, qualifying for the national competition. Kathy created the Digital Marketing Clinic through the Small Business Development Center in February 2021. Under her leadership, the student interns have helped over 125 businesses throughout the state of Wisconsin. Their efforts have supported over 900 jobs. Kathy co-founded Women in Technology-Wisconsin in 2015 with Michelle Schuler of Microsoft. In addition to owning a marketing consulting firm, she has delivered workshops for the UW Oshkosh Growth Management Academy and the Green Bay Packers Mentor-Protégé program. Recently, her Digital Marketing SOS project was featured at the Stukent Digital Summit and received honorable mention by the Mid-American Business Deans Association. She earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from UW-Whitewater and a Master’s of Business Administration from UW Oshkosh.
