Agricultural Applications From Above
Aerial application of inputs such as fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, micronutrients and even cover crops are much easier and productive to perform. There are many factors that can be avoided by implementing applications using drones such as crop damaged by ground unit tires, soil compaction, damage of tall crops by ground unit frames/booms and rough or challenging terrain such as pastures to name a few. Sometimes, aerial application may be the only practical choice, for example, during wet periods.
