About Me
President and Office Manager, a 3rd generation Christmas tree farmer located in North Central Wisconsin. He was born and raised in the family business of growing evergreen trees (Badger Evergreen Farms) and producing fresh evergreen products (Badger Wreath, Inc.). Joshua attended and graduated from the University of Northwestern (2004) with a bachelor’s degree majoring in business administration / general business with an emphasis on entrepreneurship and a minor in Biblical studies. Following graduation he pursued his passion in grading and excavating as an estimator and junior project manager. In 2007, he played an integral part with the starting and building of a successful heavy highway / site development / underground sewer and water contractor that quickly became a top 10 contractor in the state. In 2020, the opportunity arose for Joshua to return to the family business and he purchased Central Wisconsin Evergreens, Inc. (CWE) from his uncle. CWE is an evergreen tree wholesaler who harvests an average of 25,000-35,000 Christmas trees and digs an average of 12,000 – 15,000 B&B evergreen nursery trees each year. CWE currently farms approximately 1,000 acres of land, primarily in Lincoln County, with some acreage in Langlade and Marathon Counties as well.
